MADE TO MEASURE CURTAINS

MADE TO MEASURE CURTAINS

Designed for Your Space

At ANTA, our made to measure curtains are thoughtfully crafted to suit your home perfectly. Each pair is tailored to your exact measurements, ensuring a precise fit and a beautifully balanced finish. Designed and made in Scotland using our distinctive woven textiles, they bring together considered design and enduring craftsmanship.

From relaxed country interiors to more contemporary spaces, our curtains are created to complement the character of your room while adding warmth, texture and depth.

Measuring for the Perfect Fit

Achieving the right fit begins with accurate measuring. We recommend measuring the full width of your curtain pole or track rather than the window itself. This ensures your curtains frame the window properly and stack neatly when drawn open.

For the drop, measurements should be taken from the top of the pole or track to your desired finished length. Whether you prefer curtains that fall just below the sill, sit neatly above a radiator, or reach the floor for a more dramatic effect, careful measuring ensures a tailored result.

Choosing Your Heading Style

Each of our heading styles offers a distinct silhouette and requires slightly different measuring considerations to ensure a precise and tailored result.

Box Pleat

A structured and architectural finish, box pleat headings create clean, evenly spaced folds for a more contemporary or formal interior. For box pleat curtains, we recommend measuring the full width of your curtain pole (excluding finials) to determine the required coverage. The drop should be measured from the underside of the pole to your desired finished length.

Pinch Pleat

Elegant and timeless, pinch pleat curtains provide a softer, more traditional fullness while maintaining a refined appearance. As with box pleats, measure the width of the pole itself (excluding finials). The drop should be taken from the underside of the pole to your chosen finished position.

Pencil Pleat

A classic and versatile option, pencil pleat curtains gather neatly onto a track or pole. When measuring, take the full width of the track or pole to ensure adequate fullness. The drop should be measured from the top of the track, or from the underside of the pole rings, down to your required finished length.

Eyelet

Contemporary and relaxed, eyelet curtains thread directly onto the pole, creating soft, even folds. For eyelet headings, measure the width of the curtain pole (excluding finials). The drop should be taken from the top of the pole to your desired finished length, as the fabric will sit slightly above the pole once hung.

Each style is lined as standard, enhancing both the drape and longevity of the fabric while also improving insulation and light control.

Crafted to Last

Every pair of ANTA curtains is made with care and attention to detail. From the first measurement to the final stitch, our commitment to quality ensures a finished product that feels considered, refined and enduring.

Whether completing a full interior scheme or refreshing a single room, made to measure curtains offer a timeless way to introduce Scottish character and craftsmanship into your home.
