ANTA Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ANTA Loyalty Card and outline the benefits and obligations associated with card membership. By using the ANTA Loyalty Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. General 1.1. The ANTA Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of ANTA Scotland Ltd, which reserves the right to withdraw the card or amend these terms at any time. 1.2. The loyalty card is available exclusively to customers who apply in person at our Fearn Shop. 1.3. ANTA Scotland Ltd reserves the right to decline to issue a loyalty card or withdraw a card from use at any time.

2. Benefits 2.1. Loyalty cardholders are entitled to a 10% discount on their entire order made in-store at the Fearn Shop, including items that are already on sale or subject to a promotional offer. This discount is not available for online purchases.

3. Use of the Loyalty Card 3.1. The loyalty card must be presented at the time of purchase at the Fearn Shop to receive any benefits. 3.2. The 10% discount is applicable per transaction at the Fearn Shop and cannot be combined with any other offer, except for sale or promotional items as specified.

4. Amendments 4.1. ANTA Scotland Ltd reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 4.2. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated through our website and in-store. It is the cardholder's responsibility to keep themselves informed of any such changes.

5. Data Protection 5.1. ANTA Scotland Ltd complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 5.2. Personal data collected for the purposes of the loyalty card scheme will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

6. Limitation of Liability 6.1. ANTA Scotland Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a failure or delay by the cardholder in notifying us of changes to their personal details. 6.2. ANTA Scotland Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the loyalty card or cancel the scheme at any time, with no liability to the cardholder.
