- 250g butter
- 500g caster sugar
- 100g gluten free self-raising flour
- 100g cocoa
- 4 eggs – beaten
- Preheat oven 140C fan / gas 3. Grease and line ANTA baking dish
- Melt butter and sugar over a low heat – allow to cool a little. Sit in flour and cocoa and gradually beat in the eggs.
- Pour into prepared ANTA baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the baking dish then divide into 12 – 15 slices.
