Text:  We have not received our final order yet, but have been very impressed by Anna's willingness to sort out a problem we had getting the right fabric after we had paid and the carpet was being made.  This was potentially a difficult situation but, having checked their website presentation,  they graciously  accepted responsibility, and corrected everything. Exemplary, we think.
